Advance
Pick an employee, then set which Advance Type each of their projects is drawing against — Advance always comes from the Advance Table (Manage > Advance Types) for whichever type you choose. By default only today's advances are shown — check "Show history" to see previous ones too.

Approvals
Daily Expenses, Project rows and Advance Requests waiting on your decision — as the Supervisor, Accounts, or Management approver for a department. Approve or reject one at a time, or select several and act on them together.
| Submitted Date | Employee | Department | Item | Type | Details | Amount | Stage | Decision |
|---|
My Investment
The money you have put into the business — how much, when, and whether it went into Cash or a Bank. Only you (and the admin / Accounts) can see this.
Audit Log
Every login, change, approval, payment, deletion and download — who did it, when, and what it looked like before. Nobody can edit or delete this list. Visible to admin, Accounts and Management.
| Date & time | Who | Action | What | IP |
|---|
Team Money
The advances Accounts gave you are your team money. Pass part of it on to the people under you — it becomes their Salary Advance (deducted from salary) and comes off your balance. Whatever is left you can send back to Accounts; it adds to the Accounts balance once they confirm it.

My Balance
Advance you received, money paid to you, and what you spent — day by day. Plus means you hold company money; minus means you spent more than you were given, so the company owes you the difference.
| Date | Balance before | Advance received | Paid to you | Expense | Balance after |
|---|
Bill Receive
Money that comes in from outside for a project. Record which project it is for, what it is for, how much, and whether it goes to Cash or a Bank. When it is marked Received the amount is added to that Cash / Bank in the Accounts balance. Management can view; Accounts add, edit and delete.
| Project | Purpose | Date | Amount | Keep in | Status | Action |
|---|
Clients
Every client (project name) the team has worked for. Tap History to see every entry for that client, who spent, how much and when. You can add, rename (or merge two names) and delete a client that has no history.
| Client | Code | Entries | People | Last entry | Total expense | Action |
|---|
Suppliers
Everyone you buy raw materials from. For each supplier you see the purchase value (what was bought), the payment amount (what you paid) and the remaining balance (what is still to pay). Open View for the full list, Pay to record a payment.
| Supplier | Contact | Phone | Purchase value | Payment amount | Remaining balance | Action |
|---|
| Supplier | Contact | Phone | Purchase value | Payment amount | Remaining balance | Action |

Loans
Loans the company took from a bank or a financial institution, and the refundable security deposits (FDR) kept with them. Record each one, then every EMI — you always see how much is paid back, how much is still owed, when the next EMI is due and what the deposit is worth today.
Distributors
The shops and people who buy from you at a discount. Give each one a discount % and a link of their own — they see the full price struck through and their new price. Set the prices in the Distributor Price Dashboard.
Distributor Requisitions
What your distributors ask for. Each requisition goes to the distributor's supervisor, then Accounts, then Management. When it is fully approved, Accounts receives the money into Cash or a bank and Management / Accounts mark it delivered.
Recipe Items
Organise recipes into groups — open a group to see its recipes, shelf life, stock limits, cost and ingredients.
Semi Finished Goods
Mix several raw materials into one semi finished good. Then add it to a product from the product's page — its cost is counted in the product.
Recipe Ingredients
Every ingredient used in your recipes — raw material, quantity, unit, price and total value. Add or change ingredients here, or inside each recipe.
| Raw material | Code | Recipe | Quantity | Unit | Price (৳) | Total value (৳) | Action |
|---|
Raw Materials
The material master data — name, code, group, category, unit, price, stock, specification and storage — and, on the second tab, every purchase (what was bought, from which supplier, how much).
| Name | Code | Group code | Category | Stock | Unit price | Total value | Product groups | Status | Action |

Users & Access
Choose a person, then tick what they may do in each section: View (see it), Add, Edit and Delete. Example: three Management people, but one of them can only view. In Requisitions, “Edit” means approving / giving / rejecting. The admin always has everything.
Select a person.
Requisitions
Accounts asks Management (or the admin) for cash, with a supporting file. Nothing is added until someone else approves it — you can't approve your own requisition. Once approved, the amount adds to the Accounts balance below; it's drawn back down as "Other Advance" and "Salary Advance" requests get marked disbursed. Every movement is listed in the Accounts Ledger at the bottom, which you can download.

Custom Columns
Advance Types
Shown as choices in the "Advance Type" dropdown on Daily Entry. Mark a type as "counts as Salary Advance" if it should add to the Salary Advance totals.
Cost Models
Which part of the business a project row's cost belongs to — shown as the "Cost Model" dropdown on each project row (Daily Entry).
Banks
The banks Accounts can receive money into and pay from. Pick "Bank" on a Requisition or when disbursing, then choose one of these. (Cash needs no list.)
Investors
The people who put their own money into the business. When Accounts raises a Requisition, choose the investor it comes from — the Requisitions page then shows how much each investor has invested.
Models
The kind of cost a project row captures, and what its "Details" ask for — Transport (From/To/Mode/Amount, supports several legs) or a short description + Amount (Food, Purchase, ...).
Employees
Departments
Assigned to each User Account below — e.g. Admin, IT, HR, Marketing, Applicators.
Designations
A person's role/rank within their department — e.g. Manager, Assistant Manager, IT Officer.
User Accounts
Each "user" account is linked to one employee — they can log in and add only their own daily expenses. "admin" accounts see and manage everything.
WhatsApp Alerts
When an approval reaches someone (Supervisor → Accounts → Management), or is forwarded to them, they get a WhatsApp message straight away — no need to keep checking the website. Add each person's WhatsApp number in User Accounts above.
💾 Automatic backups on the server
The server takes a full copy of the database by itself every day (the first time anybody opens the site after midnight) and keeps the latest 7 days. It works even when every PC is off. Download any day below.
⚠ Backup & Start Fresh
Download a complete backup of every record at any time. "Start fresh" deletes all entries, project rows, advances, requisitions, projects, employees, user accounts (except admin), departments, designations and custom columns — only Advance Types, Cost Models and Models are kept. A backup file is downloaded automatically before anything is deleted. This cannot be undone.
